„Das Mütterchen hat Krallen“, schreibt der tschechische Schriftstelle Franz Kafka über seine Heimatstadt. Wenig wird der Besucher heute von der von Kafka beschriebenen beklemmende Enge und Düsternis bemerken – die Metropole hat ihr autoritäres Gewandt abgestreift.
